1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the locksmith services provided by Discount Locksmith LLC, doing business as Discount Locksmith of Cave Creek ("we," "us," or "our"). By requesting service, calling us, submitting a form on this website or allowing a technician to perform work, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services We Provide

We are a mobile locksmith business based at 14819 N Cave Creek Rd, Unit 7, Phoenix, AZ 85032. Our services include automotive, residential and commercial lock and key work, such as:

• Vehicle lockouts, car key replacement, key fob and smart key programming, and ignition-related service
• Home lockouts, lock rekeying, lock changes, deadbolt and smart lock installation
• Business lockouts, commercial rekeying, master key systems, panic hardware and door hardware service

Service availability depends on the job, the hardware involved and the vehicle or property in question. Not every lock, key or vehicle can be serviced on site, and we will tell you when a job is outside what we can do.

3. Service Requests, Hours and Scheduling

Our business hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Requests received outside those hours are handled the next business day. Arrival times depend on technician availability, traffic, weather and the number of calls in progress, and any time we give you is an estimate rather than a guarantee.

4. Quotes, Pricing and Payment

• We confirm the details of your job and give you an upfront price before work begins.
• If the job turns out to be different from what was described on the phone, we stop and review the revised price with you before continuing.
• Payment is due when the work is completed, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of service.
• Any warranty on parts or labor, where it applies, is stated on your invoice or receipt.

5. Proof of Ownership and Identification

For lockouts, key replacement, rekeying and similar work, our technician will ask for identification and proof that you are entitled to access the vehicle or property — for example a driver's license, vehicle registration, lease, deed or utility bill. We may decline or stop a job if that proof cannot be provided. This protects you, the property owner and our technicians.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the vehicle, property, lock or key involved.
• Confirm that you own the property or vehicle, or that you are authorized by the owner to request the work.
• Be present, or arrange for an authorized adult to be present, while the work is performed.
• Provide safe, legal access to the work area.

7. Cancellations and Changes

Please call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. If a technician has already been dispatched, any charge that applies will be explained to you before it is billed.

8. Non-Destructive and Destructive Entry

We use non-destructive methods whenever it is practical to do so. Some locks, safes, ignitions and high-security hardware cannot be opened without damage. When a job requires a destructive method or the replacement of hardware, we explain the options and the cost before proceeding, and we only continue with your approval.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, our total liability arising out of or related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost time, lost profits or loss of use, or for pre-existing damage, wear or defects in locks, doors, frames, vehicles or electronic systems.

The content on this website, including text, images, logos and page design, belongs to Discount Locksmith LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Service descriptions, coverage areas and other information on this site are provided for general guidance and may change without notice.

11. Third-Party Links

This website may link to third-party sites such as map or review services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Information you give us when requesting service is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
